-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It was a real day's time after Melody had let Vincent, Jared and Joey out of her stomach. After they were out they started making threats of telling people of their experience. Melody had laughed and asked them who'd believe them, then erased their memories just to be sure. However, she did leave the feelings of terror behind. Right now she was in her fourth period English class, waiting to be assigned a group for a project. She hoped she didn't get Ryan, he was annoying, bitchy and didn't get ANY work done when he was in a group.

"All right, Melody, Chris, and Ryan are a group." Her English teacher announced. Melody groaned in annoyance. Just then Ryan came over and sat down.

"Hey Melody!" He said in a whiny sort of laughing voice that she hated. Chris sat down coolly and didn't say a word. The worksheet was passed out and Melody got to work on it.

"Hey Lemme write something down!" Ryan whined.

"Why? You don't like to work." Melody said curtly.

"Just let me see ittttt!" Ryan whined again.

"Fine if it'll shut you up! Here." Melody shoved the paper in his face. He snatched it and scribbled something down before handing it back to Melody. Melody squinted then grabbed the paper back to asses the damage. The annoying idiot had written Badass all over their group paper! Melody huffed and set to work erasing the graffiti.

"Hey what're you doingggggggggggggg?" Ryan whined. "it was cooooooool!"

"No, it wasn't, it was stupid. Do you WANT to get an F?" Melody retorted, her temper rising.

"Stoooooooooooopppppp!" Ryan whined.

"No! You may want an F but I don't. Shut up and be quiet." Melody almost shouted. Chris was still sitting there, not saying anything, but not doing anything either. Ryan pouted, messing with his pencil before he broke it.

"Gimme a pennnnnn."

"No."

"Gimme a pennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn."

"NO."

"Gimme a pennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn."
"Fine! But I want it back." Melody shoved her pen towards him. He chuckled and grabbed it and played with it. Melody found that she needed her pen a little while later, so she asked Ryan,

"Can I have my pen back now?"

"uhahahahahaffff what pen?" Ryan laughed annoyingly.

"MY pen, you know the one YOU BORROWED." Melody said.

"Pfffffuhhahahaha I don't have your pen."

"Yes you DO, now give it back please." Melody was almost ready to punch this guy in the face. Someone said something and Melody glanced away for a second, before turning back just in time to see Ryan fling her pen from under his desk up in the air to land on her desk.

"Pfffuuhhaahahaha see YOU had it the whole time." Ryan laughed. Melody clenched her fist while saying,

"Sutoppu uotchi, jikan no teishi!" Time stopped and her world turned gray again. She looked at Ryan before she unclenched and clenched her fists, and let her first punch fly right into his face. "Murasakiiro no kasai ni watashi no ishi wo mageru!" She screamed as her fist made contact with his face. Ryan regained color as the full force of her punch was knocked into him, and he fell to the floor stunned. He sat their gasping for air as he held the side of his face that was punched. Melody seized this chance and came over to him and stomped hard on his gut.

"AUGH!"  He grunted. "What the hell're you doing?!" Ryan screamed.

"Ohhhhh you'll see." Melody grinned sadistically. Ryan flinched and started feeling dizzy. He started to shrink rapidly, and Melody removed her foot from his gut, so as not to squish him, however much she wanted to. When Ryan was two and a half inches tall Melody sat on the floor, waiting for Ryan to do something. Ryan however, did not seem to fully comprehend the severity of the situation, for he laughed.

"puffffffahahaha, what is this? A joke?" He asked jokingly.

"No, no it is not." Said Melody seriously, however Ryan seemed more interested in trying to climb up someone's pants leg.

"Hey! Cut that out!" Melody snapped, picking him up from the person's pants and placing him on the ground again, this time placing a backpack behind him so he'd have more trouble escaping.

"Hey why isn't anyone moving?" Genius…. Melody thought, Absolute GENIUS. She sighed, putting her fingers to her temples.

"Look, can't you see that time ISN'T MOVING? For the love of God, TRY to be smarter." Melody groaned.

"Really? Cool! So, uh, can I go back to normal now?" Ryan asked, bored.

"No." Said Melody blandly.

"Whyyyyyyyyyy?" Ryan whined.

"Because you need to learn a lesson first!"

"Then hurry uppppp! This is boringggggggg."

"Fine! If you want it so badly you got it!" Melody said as she picked Ryan up by the back of the shirt before flinging him into the air and catching him in her mouth. The whole time Ryan was screaming like a little girl, which rather pleased Melody, in a cruel sense.

Inside Melody's mouth however, Ryan was singing a different tune.

"H-hey! Lemme go! I won't be annoying any more if you just let me go! I-I won't! I swear it! Just don't eat me!" He pleaded, knowing very well what happened to things that went into people's mouths. Ryan gulped and tried to calm down, he was still shaking badly though, as he tried to "find his happy place". But Melody had other plans, as she promptly started to lick the small body. Ryan squirmed, uncomfortable and scared. Melody, as she licked him, started moving him towards the back of her mouth, preparing to send him to her stomach. Ryan felt this change and promptly froze when his hand touched the softer flesh of the throat.

"Hyaaaaarrrrrggg!" Ryan screamed when he pulled his hand back as though he touched a hot stove. He groaned in disgust when he found his hand was covered in a thicker more viscous slime than the saliva he was covered in right now. At that scream Melody took her cue and tilted her head back, swallowing as Ryan was pitched forwards, head first, into her throat. This unexpected change left Ryan wriggling madly in Melody's throat, terrified. His journey was short-lived as he soon found himself sliding down the slick slope in Melody's stomach.

"Please let me go! Please! I'll do anything! I don't want to die!" Ryan screamed. But his pleas fell on deaf ears as Melody had taken to rubbing her stomach happily. She was finally content with her revenge. "Please! Please… I'll do anything." These last words ended in a hiccupping sob as Ryan slumped on the stomach floor, sobbing. Ryan's tears soon dried up as his fear turned to anger. He punched the stomach floor hard before rolling on his back and kicking and flailing his arms uselessly. Had he done so in modern life he'd look like a kid flinging a tantrum.
Melody chuckled at her captive's renewed struggles, feeling each distinct movement in the sensitive flesh of her stomach. Melody leaned back happily rubbing her stomach, now feeling Ryan trying to get up and walk. She felt him fall over, and she laughed. Ryan tried a few more times before getting the hang of it, and started running around madly, looking for a way to escape, only to fall flat on his face in stomach slime, finding none. He was doomed, and all he could do was accept his fate. So, back to crying, Ryan cuddled into the soft flesh, and promptly passed out from the adrenaline rush and strenuous activity of fighting for his life. Melody chuckled again as she felt Ryan sleep, knowing perfectly well he'd not die, but he might be a bit surprised in the morning. She sighed tiredly and fell asleep as well.

Ryan shifted in his sleep, restlessly tossing and turning from a nightmare. He bolted up gasping, to find himself in humid, smelly pitch blackness. For a moment his mind blanked on where he was, but then his terror started anew as he suddenly remembered. Then he sighed tiredly, thinking he was still doomed. He sat down, listening to the sounds around him, the slight murmur of the stomach, the rushing of air from the lungs and the thump, thump, thump of the heart above. He didn't want to, but he soon found himself nodding off again and before long he was asleep again.

Melody awoke a half hour after Ryan, yawning, and stretching, feeling Ryan slide to a startled stop, clawing at her stomach walls for something to stop himself. Ryan couldn't figure out why he was still alive. It should have been at least two hours since Melody swallowed him. Why wasn't he dead yet? He decided to be brave and ask.

"Why---Why aren't I dead yet?" He yelled.

"Because I don't want you dead yet." Melody said offhandedly.

"But, how am I still alive?" Ryan said, still confused.

"You're alive because there's a protection spell guarding you. But I cast it, and I can just as easily remove it." Melody warned. Ryan flinched and looked down quietly.

"So, so when do I get out of here?" Ryan asked timidly.

"Who said you were getting out?" Melody said. She felt Ryan shudder and sob at the cold tone of conviction in her voice. But Melody sort of pitied the pathetic thing and said,
"I might let you out if you promise not to be an ass anymore."

At this glimmer of hope Ryan nodded enthusiastically while yelling, "I won't! I promise!"

"Okay. I'll hold you to that promise then." Melody said as she brought her hand up, it was glowing with purple flames. She placed it over her stomach and let it sink into her flesh. She was phasing her hand into her stomach to grab Ryan. When she felt the ecstatic struggles of Ryan on her finger tips she focused on grabbing him and pouring some of her flame energy into him to allow him to phase out with her hand. Ryan squirmed the whole way out of her stomach though, which was slightly annoying. Finally outside in the light Ryan blinked and closed his eyes, adjusting to the light. Melody placed him on the table, extracting the flames she put into him before dousing the flames on her hand. She quickly got a water bottle and a wash cloth out and picked up Ryan, carrying him outside. Holding him in the palm of her hand she brought him outside and dumped some water on him to clean him of stomach residue. She switched hands and shook her other one dry before going back inside and placing a spluttering Ryan down on the desk by the washcloth.

"Dry up, can't have you going back to class wet and covered in slime." Melody said. Ryan looked at the washcloth before he quietly scrubbed himself down to a point of almost dry, but still a bit wet. Melody then used her flames to dry him up all the way and put him back to normal size. Now at normal size, Ryan had his confidence back. He was just about to complain when Melody stuck her hand to his forehead and erased all traces of the event, except for the terror and feeling of hopelessness. Ryan, exhausted from the events collapsed in his chair, slumped over his desk in a way that made him look like he was asleep on his desk. Melody restarted time and finished the project, eventually getting it back having received an A on it.
